StringUtils.isNotBlank("字符串")

（ Checks if a CharSequence is not empty (""), not null and not whitespace only.

　　StringUtils.isNotBlank(null) = false

　　StringUtils.isNotBlank("") = false

　　StringUtils.isNotBlank(" ") = false

　　StringUtils.isNotBlank("bob") = true

　　StringUtils.isNotBlank(" bob ") = true ）
